(TSXV: RDU) ("Radius" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement with the issuance of 8,292,859 units at a price of $0.07 per unit, for gross proceeds of $580,500. Each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one warrant which entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.10 for a period of one year following the closing of the private placement.
