  1739 ET - Harley-Davidson says it has ratified new collective bargaining agreements with the unions that represent workers at the company's Wisconsin factories. The motorcycle maker did not release details, but the United Steelworkers and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, which represent workers at the company's powertrain manufacturing plant in Menomonee Falls and component factory in Tomahawk, said the five-year agreement includes wage increases averaging more than 25%, as well as more vacation time, a raise in the pension multiplier and a $4,000 ratification bonus. Workers at the company's assembly plant in York, Pa., reached a five-year contract in 2022. (john.keilman@wsj.com)
