The Company's principal asset is a 100% interest in the Cactus Project, which is located in Pinal County, Arizona. The Cactus Project is located approximately 40 miles south southeast of the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area and over three miles northwest of the city of Casa Grande, Pinal County, Arizona. Its total site area is over 4,000 acres. The Cactus Project is comprised of the mineral rights to Cactus West and Cactus East. The Company through its subsidiaries also holds 18 federal unpatented mining claims covering a portion of the mineral estate under lands in which the Company through its subsidiaries owns the surface estate.
