E-Power Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. The Company is principally engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of graphite properties in Quebec. It has two properties, namely, Tetepisca and Turgeon. Its flagship asset, the Tetepisca Graphite Property, is located in the Tetepisca Graphite District of the North Shore Region of Quebec, approximately 215 kilometers from the Port of Baie-Comeau. The Tetepisca property consists of approximately 230 claims covering a total area of 12,620 hectares. Graphite resources in the TGD include the Lac Gueret deposit, the Lac Gueret Extension deposit, and the Lac Tetepisca deposit. The Turgeon property consists of approximtely 331 claims covering 18,366 hectares located in the Abitibi region of western Quebec.
