Sailfish Royalty Corp. is a Canada-based precious metals royalty and streaming company with assets in the Americas. The Company’s portfolio includes Moonlight Property Royalty, Spring Valley Royalty, San Albino Gold Strem, La Cigarra Royalty and EI Compas Royalty. Its primary portfolio consists of three main assets in the Americas: a gold stream equivalent to a 3% net smelter return (NSR) on the San Albino gold mine and a 2% NSR on the rest of the area surrounding San Albino in northern Nicaragua; an up to 3% NSR on the multi-million-ounce Spring Valley gold project in Pershing County, Nevada; and a 100% interest in the Gavilanes Silver Project located in Durango State, Mexico. Spring Valley Royalties is a pre-feasibility stage project, and it is located in Pershing Country, Nevada. The San Albino gold project is part of the San Albino-Murra concession within a contiguous land package of approximately 18,817 hectares. San Albino is located approximately 173 kilometers north of Managua.
