Gensource Potash Corporation is a Canada-based fertilizer development company. The Company is focused on developing resource opportunities with a specific focus on potash development. It operates under a business plan that has two key components: vertical integration with the market to ensure that all production capacity built is directed, and pre-sold, to a specific market, eliminating market-side risk, and technical modernization, which allows for a small and economic potash production facility, which eliminates decommissioning risk, and requires no surface brine ponds, thereby removing the single negative environmental aspect of potash mining. Its projects include Vanguard Area, Tugaske Project and Lazlo Area. Its Vanguard Area is 100% owned in central Saskatchewan, located approximately 170 kilometers (km) South of Saskatoon, 150km North-West of Regina, on a provincial highway system. The Tugaske Project is located in this area and covers 70,000 acres of subsurface mineral rights.
