Hampton Financial Corporation is a Canada-based management and holding company with its principal operating subsidiary being Hampton Securities Limited, which is an investment dealer, providing investment advisory and brokerage services. The Company is engaged in family office, wealth management, institutional services and capital markets activities. In addition, the Company provides investment banking services, which include assisting companies with raising capital, advising on mergers and acquisitions, and aiding issuers in obtaining a listing on recognized securities exchanges in Canada and abroad. Its subsidiaries include Hampton Equity Partners Limited (HEPL), Hampton Securities Incorporated (HSI), Hampton Securities Corporation (HSC) and Hampton Insurance Brokers Inc. (Hampton Insurance).
