Minsud Resources Corp. is a Canada-based mining exploration Company. The Company is principally focused on exploring its flagship Chita Valley Project, in the Province of San Juan, Argentina. The Company's Chita Valley Project consists of three contiguous properties, such as Chita, Brechas Vacas and Minas de Pinto mineral concessions comprised of approximately 8,350 hectares (ha), and five additional properties, in total the Company controls an area of approximately 19,883 ha. The Chita Valley Project is located about 35 kilometers from Bella Vista and Villa Iglesia towns, at the Iglesia department in San Juan province. Its La Rosita Project is a gold and silver prospect, which is located in the low sulfidation epithermal metallogenic province of the Deseado Massif, Patagonia, Argentina. Its subsidiaries include Minsud Argentina Inc and Minera Sud Argentina S.A.
