Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. is a Canada-based medical device company. The Company is primarily engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools that monitor patients with heart disease. The Company offers Ventripoint Medical System (VMS) equipment. The Company's VMS+ is a diagnostic aid, which is developed to provide a point-of care solution to communicate the heart's structure and function without the need for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Its VMS+ is designed to create a three-dimensional (3D) model of the heart from a two-dimensional (2D) echocardiogram and allows cardiac metrics on all four chambers of the heart within minutes. The Company enables VMS+ software to be installed on any personal workstation. The Company’s Knowledge Based Reconstruction (KBR) enables to construct a 3D model of the heart and calculates volumes and ejection fractions for all chambers. VMS is used with all ultrasound systems.
