Rego Park I is an approximately 338,000 square foot shopping center, located on Queens Boulevard and 63rd Road in Queens. Paramus is located at the intersection of Routes 4 and 17 in Paramus, New Jersey. Flushing is an approximately 167,000 square foot building, located on Roosevelt Avenue and Main Street in Queens.
