Company Information
Alpha Energy, Inc. is an independent oil and gas company. The Company is primarily engaged in the exploration for, acquisition, development, production, and sale of, natural gas and crude oil. Its core areas of operation are in the Mid-Continent and Rocky Mountain Regions where it has developed a significant inventory of prospects that consist of proved and unproved locations, offset and on-trend with existing production. The Company’s projects include Lincoln and Logan Counties, Oklahoma, and Mercury, Oklahoma. It has acquired oil and gas assets in Lincoln and Logan Counties in Central Oklahoma, namely Coral Project. This project contains approximately 59 wells and nine disposal wells and approximately 8000 acres. Its shallow well prospect in Rogers County consists of approximately 3,429 acres of developed and undeveloped oil and gas leases. The leases contain approximately 126 developed oil and gas wells, four salt-water injection wells, and well production equipment.
