Cedar Realty Trust, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is focused primarily on ownership, operation, and redevelopment of grocery-anchored shopping centers in high-density urban markets from Washington, District of Columbia (D.C.) to Boston. The Company conducts all of its business through Cedar Realty Trust Partnership L.P. (Operating Partnership). The Company also maintains property management, construction management and/or leasing offices at several of its shopping-center properties. It owns and manages a portfolio of approximately 50 operating properties totaling about 7.3 million square feet of gross leasable area (GLA). Its properties include Bethel Shopping Center, Brickyard Plaza, Groton Shopping Center, Oakland Mills, Christina Crossing, Fieldstone Marketplace, Webster Commons, Washington Center Shoppes, Carmans Plaza, Colonial Commons, Quartermaster Plaza, Palmyra Shopping Center, Trexlertown Plaza, Kempsville Crossing, Elmhurst Square and others.
