The Company operates through five segments: Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, New York, ERCOT, and Other Power Regions, including New England, South, West and Canada. It operates 32,400 MW of capacity consisting of nuclear, wind, solar, and natural gas and hydro. Through its integrated business operations, the Company sells electricity, natural gas, and other energy-related products and sustainable solutions to various types of customers. The Company serves industries, including distribution utilities, municipalities, cooperatives, and commercial, industrial, governmental, and residential customers in markets across multiple geographic regions. It also has 44% ownership stake in the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station (STP), a 2,645-megawatt, dual-unit nuclear plant located about 90 miles southwest of Houston.
