It has initiated an open-label, multicenter, phase Ib/IIa umbrella master trial, or FIRELIGHT-1, of tovorafenib as a monotherapy or in combination, which consists of two substudies. Substudy 1 is a phase IIa trial of tovorafenib as a monotherapy in patients 12 years and older.
