Goldrich Mining Company is a minerals company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring and advancing mineral properties. Its mineral exploration prospects are contained within its Chandalar property, located approximately 190 air miles north of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Chandalar property contains both its Chandalar hard-rock (lode) gold project, its primary target and the Chandalar alluvial gold mine. It focuses to continue the exploration of its Chandalar property, which has drilling targets for tonnage hard-rock intrusion-related gold deposits and continuing gold extraction from the Chandalar placer gold deposit discovered on the property. The Chandalar property has a block of contiguous mining claims at Chandalar that cover a net area of approximately 22,858 acres, and which are maintained specifically for the exploration and exploitation of placer and lode gold deposits. The Company controls a land package spanning over 23,000 acres of gold targets and historic mines.
