The Company is focused on the development of high-speed fixed wireless service using its wireless fiber platform, Hammer Wireless AIR, Mobility, Over-the-Top services such as voice, SMS and video collaboration services, and the construction of smart city networks and hosting services, including cloud and colocation. Its Hammer Fiber has built a low latency fiber route that offers a diversified fiber path between New York City and Philadelphia. It provides the enterprise and carrier clients an alternative option to transport their data between these two cities. The Company operate through its subsidiaries, including 1stPoint Communications, LLC and its subsidiaries, which include Shelcomm, Inc, Endstream Communications, LLC and American Network Inc.
