International Land Alliance, Inc. is a residential land development company. The Company targets properties located in Baja California, Northern region of Mexico, and Southern California. It is engaged in purchasing properties, obtaining zoning and other entitlements required to subdivide the properties into residential and commercial building plots, securing financing for the purchase of the plots, improving the property's infrastructure and amenities, and selling the plots to homebuyers, retirees, investors, and commercial developers. It also offers the option of financing. Its properties include the Oasis Park Resort, Valle Divino, Plaza Bajamar Resort, Emerald Grove Estates, and Rancho Costa Verde (RCVD). The Oasis Park Resort is a real estate community located south of San Felipe. The Valle Divino project comprises approximately 137 residential lots and three commercial lots. RCVD is a 1,100-acre master planned second home, retirement home, and vacation home real estate community.
