The Extended Warranty segment includes the subsidiaries of the Company, such as IWS Acquisition Corporation (IWS), Geminus Holding Company Inc., PWI Holdings, Inc., Professional Warranty Service Corporation, and Trinity Warranty Solutions LLC. IWS serves as the administrator on all contracts it originates. Kingsway Search Xcelerator segment includes provision of business services, such as CSuite, Ravix, and SNS. The CSuite provides financial executive services, for project and interim-staffing engagements, and search services for full-time placements for customers throughout the United States.
