Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. is a vertically integrated owner and operator of manufactured housing communities. The Company is engaged in leasing manufactured home sites to tenants who own their own manufactured home and the rental of Company-owned manufactured homes to residents of the communities. The Company owns and operates approximately 43 manufactured housing communities containing approximately 2,037 developed sites and 1,045 Company-owned manufactured homes. Its communities are located in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Its manufactured housing properties include Pecan Grove, Azalea Hills, Holly Faye, Lakeview, Chatham Pines, Maple Hills, Hunt Club Forest, B&D, Crestview, Spring Lake, ARC, Countryside, Evergreen, Golden Isles and others. The Pecan Grove, Azalea Hills, Chatham Pines and Holly Faye properties are located in North Carolina. The Lakeview property is located in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
