Nuveen Taxable Municipal Income Fund

Nuveen Taxable Municipal Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is to provide current income through investments in taxable municipal securities. As a secondary objective, the Fund seeks to enhance portfolio value and total return. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in taxable municipal securities. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its assets in securities other than taxable municipal securities, including municipal securities the interest income. The Fund will generally invest in securities with intermediate- or long-term maturities. The Fund anticipates having a weighted average maturity of approximately 15 to 35 years. The weighted average maturity of securities held by the Fund may be shortened or lengthened, depending on market conditions and on an assessment by the Fund’s portfolio manager. The Fund’s investment adviser is Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC.
