NewHydrogen, Inc. is a developer of clean energy technologies. The Company is engaged in developing an electrolyzer technology to lower the cost of green hydrogen production. The Company is focused on developing technologies to reduce or replace rare earth materials with inexpensive earth-abundant materials in electrolyzers to help usher in a green hydrogen economy. Its green technology applications include the green electric grid, fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV), battery electric vehicles (BEV), hydrogen fueling stations, lower carbon gas infrastructure and air taxis. The Company is also focused on commissioning a manufacturer to custom build a fully functional Green Hydrogen Generator with components, such as a commercially available alkaline electrolyzer, power module, water treatment, and hydrogen gas separation and purification, capable of scaling up to 2.5 megawatts (MW) or 1,000 kilograms/day of hydrogen production.
