Company Information
Newpark Resources, Inc. is a geographically diversified supplier providing products, as well as rentals and services to customers across multiple industries. Its segments include Industrial Solutions and Fluids Systems. The Industrial Solutions segment includes Site and Access Solutions business, along with Industrial Blending operations. Its Site and Access Solutions provides composite matting system rentals utilized for temporary worksite access, along with related site construction and services to customers in various markets including power transmission, oil and natural gas exploration and production (E&P), pipeline, renewable energy, petrochemical, construction and other industries in the United States and Europe. Its Fluids Systems segment provides customized drilling, completion, and stimulation fluids products and technical services to E&P customers in North America and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), as well as certain countries in Asia Pacific and Latin America.
