Company Information

Power REIT is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns real estate assets related to infrastructure assets, including properties for controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), Renewable Energy and Transportation. Its portfolio includes greenhouses leased for the production of medical cannabis, ground leases underlying utility scale solar farms and a railroad asset. The Trust is structured as a holding company and owns its assets through its subsidiaries. The Company's assets consist of railroad infrastructure and related real estate which is owned by its subsidiary Pittsburgh & West Virginia Railroad, and land leased to various utility-scale solar power generating projects with an aggregate generating capacity. It also owns CEA properties in southern Colorado and Maine of greenhouse and processing space that are leased to medical cannabis operators. Through its subsidiary, PropCo, it operates a property in the northeast corner of Oklahoma.
