The Company holds interest in three assets: Lake Owen, Lac Jacques project, and Ticktock projects. The Lake Owen project is a highly prospective Vanadium, Titanium and Iron ore rich project that consists of 100 mineral claims located approximately 50 km (kilometers) southwest of Laramie, Wyoming United States of America. The Lac Jacques project is a drive-to project with closed infrastructure located approximately 250 km north of Montreal Quebec, Canada and comprises 17 claims totaling 994 hectares (ha). The Ticktock project, a 1,065-hectare property located within the prolific Golden Triangle region of British Columbia, Canada. It also holds a 100% interest in the Table Mountain silica project in British Columbia, and the right to acquire up to an 80% interest in the Tsagaan Zalaa silica project in Mongolia.
