U.S. Gold Corp. is an exploration and development company that owns certain mining leases and other mineral rights, comprising the Copper King (CK) Gold project in Wyoming, the Keystone and Maggie Creek projects in Nevada, and the Challis Gold project in Idaho. The CK Gold project is in development-stage, proposed open-pit mine producing a copper concentrate containing gold, copper and silver from porphyry-style mineralization. The Keystone gold project has 650 unpatented lode mining claims comprising approximately 20 square miles in Eureka County, Nevada. The Maggie Creek is a gold exploration project and has approximately 103 unpatented mining claims in Eureka County, Nevada covering approximately three square miles. The Challis Gold project holds 100% ownership and approximately 87 unpatented lode mining claims in Lemhi County, Idaho covering approximately 1,710 acres. The Company does not have any revenue-producing activities.
