VOIP-PAL.com, Inc. is a development-stage voice-over-Internet protocol (VoIP) re-seller, and a provider of transactional billing platform tailored to the points and air mile business, and a provider of anti-virus applications for smartphones. The Company owns a portfolio of issued patents covering numerous inventions, including classification and routing of communications over different networks and over geographically distributed nodes; lawful intercept of such communications; enhanced emergency calling support; mobile gateways; uninterrupted transmission during endpoint changes, and metering and billing, including the reselling of white-label telecommunication services. Its subsidiary includes Digifonica International (DIL) Limited, which provides solutions for various areas of Internet connectivity. In order to properly test the applications, Digifonica built and operated three production nodes in Vancouver, Canada (Peer 1), London, UK (Teliasonera), and Denmark.
