The fund seeks to provide total returns consisting principally of interest income by investing primarily in floating rate and other short term debt securities of Canadian and foreign issuers.The portfolio will primarily be invested in floating rate and other short term debt securities of Canadian and foreign issuers. It also may invest in debt securities convertible into common stock, and fixed income and floating rate debt securities of governments, government agencies, supranational agencies, companies, trusts and limited partnerships. This fund’s investments are not constrained by credit ratings except that, at time of purchase, at least 75% of the market value of the Lysander ActivETF will be comprised of securities rated BBB or higher (‘investment grade’) (or their equivalent in the opinion of the Portfolio Manager).
