The investment seeks to provide investment results that are approximately the inverse of, before fees and expenses, to the daily price and yield performance of the ARK Innovation ETF. The fund is an actively managed ETF that the advisor attempts to achieve the inverse (-1x) of the return of the ARK Innovation ETF for a single day by entering into a swap on the ARK Innovation ETF. The ARK Innovation ETF is an actively managed ETF that seeks long-term growth of capital by investing primarily in domestic and foreign equity securities of companies that are relevant to the fund's investment theme of disruptive innovation.
