      November 21, 2024 -- TheNewswire -- Calgary, Alberta. WesCan Energy Corp. (TSXV: WCE) ("WesCan" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions put forward at its most recently held annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on November 15, 2024 were conclusively approved. As a result, the incumbent board of directors, consisting of Leo Berezan, Phil Bury, Shubham Garg and Sohaib Abbas, were re-elected for the upcoming year. In addition, the rolling stock option plan of the Company was re-approved as per the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and MNP LLP was re-approved as the auditor of the Company for the ensuing fiscal year.
