      Tornado Global Hydrovacs Announces Stock Option Grants

      CALGARY, Alberta, Nov. 19, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tornado Global Hydrovacs Ltd. ("Tornado" or the "Company") (TSX-V: TGH; OTCQX: TGHLF) announces that pursuant to the terms of its stock option plan, as amended, it granted incentive stock options for the purchase of up to 3,150,000 common shares of the Company effective November 19, 2024. 1,150,000 of the stock options were granted to officers of the Company and 2,000,000 were granted to certain key employees. All the stock options have an exercise price of $1.07 per share and expire five years from the date of grant.
