      VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / November 20, 2024 / Tier One Silver Inc. (TSXV:TSLV)(OTCQB:TSLVF) ("Tier One" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it is undertaking a private placement of up to 15,000,000 units of the Company (each, a "Unit") at an offering price of C$0.10 per Unit (the "Unit Price") for gross proceeds of up to C$1,500,000 (the "Offering"). Each offered Unit consists of one common share (a "Share") and one full common share purchase warrant (each, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of C$0.20 at any time on or before the date which is 24 months from the closing date of the Offering (the "Closing Date").
