0355 GMT - Bilibili is likely to see accelerated revenue growth in 2Q, driven by its advertising business, CCB International analysts Jessie Jing and Cathy Chan say in a research note. The video-sharing platform is likely to benefit from the upcoming June 18 shopping holiday, thanks to its partnership with e-commerce platforms and increased advertising budgets from merchants. The analysts forecast 14% on-year revenue growth in 2Q. They keep an outperform rating on the stock, and slightly lift the target price for ADRs to US$15.30 from US$15.10. ADRs last traded at US$13.94. (tracy.qu@wsj.com)

0334 GMT - Bilibili seems to be on track to reach adjusted operating profit breakeven in 3Q, Deutsche Bank analyst Leo Chiang says in a research note. That's thanks to the Chinese video-streaming company's topline recovery, gross profit margin improvement and operating expense optimization. Bilibili's advertising business could also maintain strong momentum ahead of the upcoming June 18 shopping campaigns, while value-added services will likely continue to post decent growth thanks to new monetization avenues and solid expansion in livestreaming, he adds. DB keeps a buy rating on Bilibili and lifts its ADR target to US$18.00 from US$16.00 and its H-shares target to HK$140.00 from HK$126.00. H-shares last at HK$112.80.(sherry.qin@wsj.com)
