Fairchild Gold Corp. is a Canada-based company engaged in the business of acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada and the United States. The Company’s portfolio consists of the Fairchild Lake Property in Ontario and the Copper Chief Project in Nevada. The Company's primary gold project is the Fairchild Lake Property located approximately 250 kilometers (km) northwest of the City of Thunder Bay, in Northwestern Ontario. It has the right to acquire a 100% interest in the property, which encompasses over 108 mining claims cells covering an area of approximately 2,224 hectares, in the Patricia Mining Division in north-western Ontario. The property lies in the western arm of the Savant Lake greenstone belt. Its Copper Chief Project includes over 103 unpatented lode mining claims and a 15.8 acre patented copper gold mine in Goodsprings, Nevada.
