Its earlier-stage programs, APG990 and APG222, utilize advanced antibody engineering to target OX40L and both IL-13 and OX40L, which are developed for the treatment of AD. APG990 is an SQ extended half-life mAb targeting OX40L for the treatment of AD. APG222 is one or more extended half-life SQ antibodies targeting both IL-13 and OX40L, which has the potential to improve outcomes in AD.
