Turmalina Metals Corp. is a Canada-based mineral resource company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral resource properties in South America. The Company’s principal property is the San Francisco Project, located in San Juan Province, Argentina, which is comprised of various properties and option agreements. San Francisco Project includes El Tapau, Cerro Negro, Don David, and Santa Barbara. In addition, the Company has an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Chanape Project, located in Peru. The San Francisco project is located in the Calingasta Department in the west-central San Juan Province of Argentina, approximately 130 km northwest from the capital of San Juan. The Chanape Project is located in the western flank of the Western Occidental of Central Peru. The Chanape Project consists of 20 contiguous mining concessions covering a total of 676.99 hectares. Its subsidiaries include Aurora Mining S.A and Aurora Copper Peru S.A.C.
