Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. is a proppant producer and proppant logistics provider, serving primarily the Permian Basin of West Texas and New Mexico. It operates about 14 proppant production facilities across the Permian Basin with a combined annual production capacity of 29 million tons, including both large-scale in-basin facilities and smaller distributed mining units. It manages a portfolio of logistics assets, which includes its 42-mile Dune Express conveyor system. In addition to its conveyor infrastructure, it manages a fleet of 120 trucks, which are capable of delivering expanded payloads due to its custom-manufactured trailers and patented drop-depot process. It offers both dry and damp sand and carries various mesh sizes, including 100 meshes and 40/70 mesh. It sells products and services primarily to oil and natural gas exploration and production companies and oilfield services companies, primarily under supply agreements and also through spot sales on the open market.
