1308 ET - DuPont de Nemours' two spin off companies are likely to garner higher valuations from investors, according to UBS analysts. They say in a research note that the electronics and water businesses, set to be spun off from DuPont, will have peers with higher multiples. The electronics company's peers, such as MKS Instruments and Entegris, trade within a 14x to 22x enterprise value to Ebitda range, the analysts say. The water business, meanwhile, will have peers with about 20x multiples, including Xylem and Veralto. The combined DuPont currently trades at a multiple of around 12.5x near-term consensus Ebitda.
