      Vistra Corp. (NYSE: VST) (the "Company" or "Vistra") announced today the pricing of a private offering (the "Offering") of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes, consisting of $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2026at a price to the public of 99.948% of their face value (the "2026 Notes") and $750million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2034 at a price to the public of 99.903% of their face value (the "2034 Notes" and, together with the 2026 Notes, the "Notes"), to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), and to certain non-U.S. persons in accordance with Regulation S under the Securities Act.
