Its primary investment objectives are to invest in real property in a manner that allows it to qualify as a REIT for federal income tax purposes; provide regular cash distributions to its stockholders; preserve and protect its stockholders’ invested capital; achieve appreciation in the value of its properties over the long term and grow net cash flow from operations in order to provide sustainable cash distributions to its stockholders over the long-term. It owns or manages a portfolio of over 154 properties in 19 states, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and others.
