U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. is a national operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics and provider of industrial injury prevention services. Its physical therapy operations segment primarily operates through subsidiary clinic partnerships. Its physical therapy operations consist of physical therapy and occupational therapy clinics that provide pre- and post-operative care and treatment for orthopedic-related disorders, sports-related injuries, preventive care, rehabilitation of injured workers and neurological injuries. Services provided by the industrial injury prevention services segment include onsite injury prevention and rehabilitation, performance optimization, post-offer employment testing, functional evaluations and ergonomic assessments. It owns and/or manages approximately 750 outpatient physical therapy clinics in 43 states. It also has an industrial injury prevention business which provides onsite services for clients’ employees.
