It owns a portfolio of approximately 187 commercial real estate properties, aggregating approximately 53.5 million net rentable square feet, including 11 properties under construction/redevelopment. The Company's properties consist of approximately 165 office and life sciences properties, including seven properties under construction/redevelopment; 14 retail properties, including two properties under construction/redevelopment; seven residential properties, including two properties under construction, and one hotel.
