Candidates advanced by partners include Xaluritamig (AMG 509), ASP2138, JNJ-9401, JNJ-1493, and Novartis XmAb undisclosed antibody candidate. Its cytokine drug candidates in clinical development consist of fbalropendekin alfa (XmAb306/RG6323), XmAb564, and XmAb662. Its other clinical-stage drug candidates consist of Obexelimab, AIMab7195 (XmAb7195), and Xpro1595. Vudalimab is a bispecific antibody that targets PD-1 and CTLA-4.
