The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the S&P 500 Value Index that tracks the performance of large capitalization exchange traded U.S. equity securities exhibiting "value" characteristics. The fund employs a sampling strategy in seeking to track the performance of the S&P 500 Value Index. The index measures the performance of the large-capitalization value segment of the U.S. equity market.
