  What would make you more positive about international stocks?
  
  We are underweight international because we think the U.S. is going to do so much better. I suspect that the European Central Bank and the Bank of England will cut rates ahead of the Fed because their economies aren't growing as strongly. We would look to add to Europe after rates have been cut by several percent, but that's down the road. Asia-Pacific ex-China, along with some of the countries benefiting from the trend toward friend-shoring, is probably more interesting.
